No harsh chemicals to irritate my lungs. Courteous, efficient technicians speak directly to me concerning any specific problem areas and give honest answers. We have two aging cats and eleven grandchildren who can create messes but don’t tolerate harsh residue from some cleaning products. Zerorez is dependable and punctual.

I really like the fact that you don't use soap leaving a residue behind. My carpet is old, but it really looked nice and felt so soft after it dried. The technician was very professional and nice and did a really good job.
We were able to schedule on short notice. The technician arrived on time and did a professional job for a reasonable price as was quoted when we made the appointment. The carpets are clean and the mild, citrusy fragrance very nice.
