Zerorez shows up when they say they will...they inspect the situation before launching into a cleaning of the house...it costs what they said it would...I have never been disappointed with the job they do. Arrival time was exact as agreed. Technician listened to my information on soiled spots on carpet and told me the ones that would need extra attention. The price he gave before beginning was the amount we paid and we received good service at a very fair price. My carpet looks great.

The guy was professional forgot to call before arriving. Asked if I wanted an area rug cleaned I said yes, we walk the rooms prior and he told me there was a mistake in my charge & added the extra cost.
