While I am pleased with the quality of the cleaning, I was frustrated to be told on the day of my appointment that the hallway wasn't included in the quoted price. I think that should be clearly stated when scheduling appointments and $30 for a very small hallway area seemed excessive.

Courteous, friendly office staff and technician. The technician explained his plan thoroughly and warned about possible limitations in getting all stains removed. Did a thorough job of cleaning the carpets and was mindful to leave our house in a clean condition. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Tech arrived exactly as expected - had called ahead to let me know he could get there sooner which was helpful! Did a great job on all my carpets especially those with pet stains. Explained his process and how the solution worked very clearly. Took pride in his work - showed me his results and gave me clear instructions for post-cleaning. Polite, friendly and efficient. Very professional from start to finish. Started with your associate putting covers on his shoes before coming in the house. Finished with him cleaning up every drop, left house looking like I had maid service. I love that you don't use soap, my carpets are white and they are 14 years old and they look new again!!

The slate came out great, however the grout still looks so dirty. He didn’t use any chemicals as he thought it would damage the slate. I wish now he would have as the grout still looks awful

The young man who delivered our 2 rugs was polite, courteous, helpful, friendly and professional. Our silk dining room rug looks splendid. The Sissel foyer rug had to be returned as it didn’t appear clean enough on the cloth binding. Also there were weird spots on the binding.

We LOVE the quality of the work and especially the pet treatment. We've had Zerorez twice and will definitely use them again. In another life my husband owned a carpet cleaning business and even he applauded zerorez on their quality of product. Plus Mitch the tech who was here on his professionalism, personality and attention to detail. We had forgotten to pick up some fragile wood carvings my Dad had made and he made sure they were safe and out of the way. This company is superb as long as they don't change anything.

The carpets look good and smell clean afterwards
