Service was great from the first phone call. We had an urgent need with a spill on our one month old carpet and the Zerorez folks worked hard to get to us the same day. After cleaning our carpet we can no longer tell there was ever a stain there. We would highly recommend Zerorez.
We rented a couple fans because of a flood in our home. The fans were really nice and worked beautifully!

Cat urine is still there; also AFTER I booked appt and after several emails quoting $25 for the 2 x 2’ deep pet cleaning, woman on phone said prices had gone up to $35; and she wouldn’t honor the $25 original quote

Technicians are well-trained and courteous. Products used made difficult stains disappear, including rust, pet stains, and blood.
I had a small piece of remnantcarpet in one of the bedroom closets and the gentleman did not remove it before cleaning the closet.

Zerorez provides excellent cleaning services. I am given a window of 3 hours. They’ve always made it in the first hour. They are thorough and professional. My carpet looks brand new and I have a family of six (4 children)! I have always requested Mr. Dale who is even takes time to converse with my 4 year old twin boys. Zerorez will always be my carpet service provider!
Xavier was a true professional. I couldn't believe how well my grout turned out when I saw it with my own eyes. I was skeptical about the grout, as it was pretty dirty, but Xavier seemed very excited about how it turned out and I was too when I saw how white my grout is now! Carpets look fantastic as well. In and out and on time! Would recommend to anyone!

There are spots where the floor was not cleaned effectively and there was a lot of residue left behind, to the point my husband and I had to map.
The professional was very friendly and he explained every step, I am not sure why there were so many spots remaining
