Whenever I call for service, the operator does everything possible to quickly add me to the schedule. It's a welcome relief as most of our issues are related to our dog, Boomer, and the messes should be cleaned as quickly as possible. Each technician takes their time to listen to my needs and offers best solutions. The prices are reasonable and the quality is unmatched.

The reason I called was because I had spilled an entire cup of coffee on new carpet. The technician felt he had gotten it removed, however by that night it started to reappear. By morning the stain was back.

Everyone at Zerorez is professional and they go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with their work. I entered a question about a current special on their website. Five minutes later I got a personal response from one of the managers who answered all my questions. Great customer service!!!
