Great service. Technician was very professional.
My technician, Austin, was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough with the procedures and with the products he would use. He did an outstanding job and I will definitely be using him and Zerorez again.
The tech was pleasant, efficient and did quality work. I was happy with the overall cleaning and will always use Zerorez.

I had floor tile cleaned in kitchen, laundry room, powder room and foyer. The floors look like new again. Very happy with end result!
The service people are always great! Russel was so accommodating when we had to switch the schedule all around and he waited patiently outside until I got home! He made good suggestions for our furniture and rugs!
Overpriced, and I feel
I was suckered I to paying an extremely high amount for rugs that look the tech less than 5 mins to do. My rug and couch are still stained where spots were missed. Will not use this company again.

I had the most amazing experience getting my rug and couch cleaned. The guy that they sent was so knowledgeable on all the different products and ways to service the furniture. He was so kind and did such a fabulous job. I have used many companies in the past and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. My couch looks brand new. I sent out my rug to be cleaned and can’t wait for it to come back. I will definitely use this company again. And I hope I have the same service professional too!!
