Max, the technician who serviced our house, listened to my concerns and addressed them. While other carpet-cleaning companies have been in and out in less than 30 minutes, Max took his time and did an excellent job. We will definitely use Zerorez again!

The whole experience from scheduling the technician to come out to the technician completing the job. The scheduling person was very informative on services you offer. The technician was here on time and was knowledgeable about what was able to be done. He was answering questions about what he was going to be doing as we walked through the areas to be cleaned. Excellent, reliable, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and, best of all, made the extra effort.
Our technician, Jeff, did a wonderful job. Rug and furniture look great.
The guy that came out was great, had a question on what he told me.
He asked if I had carpet protection sprayed on the new carpet. He said that the way you clean the carpet takes the protection guard off the carpet.
That makes no sense. So you folks come out clean the carpet and it pulls the scotch guard right off the carpet,and then I have to pay $30 a room to have the scotch guard put back on the carpet.
You should be putting the scotch guard back on for free since your pulling it off to clean???
Why would I call you back for more cleanings if it is going to cost me more to have guard put on and taken off and pay for it to be put back on again?
