Scheduling online is quick and easy. Great communication about arrival time which for me was earlier than expected and I really appreciated. The technician was professional and did an outstanding job which included 2 area rugs, sofa, chair and carpet. Would definitely recommend and use this service again.
I had Jeff as our tech to perform the carpet cleaning on Tuesday. He called before he came and was promptly there within the time. He answered my questions about the service to be performed, then began the cleaning. He got out the stains I pointed out and did an excellent job. It was the best experience I've had! T he floor in my kitchen and hallway and laundry room was being steamed cleaned. The gentleman did a good job except in the laundry room. For some reason he did not finish the job properly. He left the last set of tiles by the wall undone. As you walk in from the garage it's the first thing you see. It sticks out like a sore thumb.
