Very professional and thorough cleaning!

Austin, the young associate who came to clean our wall-to-wall carpets, was friendly, on-time, and professional. He suggested a couple of “tweaks” to our original estimated cost [including a walk-in closet and a hallway as one additional room and adding “finishing guard spray” like Scotch Guard to the clean carpet’s surface.] I felt comfortable saying yes to the former but not the latter. We left the house so he could get to work. He cleaned the rugs in less than two hours, and let us know via phone when he was leaving. I think the most impressive feature of Austin’s cleaning visit is that though he offered “extras,” he came in and completed the job he had been contracted to do.

The technician, Jeff, cleaned stairs and tile landings in our three-story office building. It was a hot and tiring job, but he worked diligently and did a great job!
The service rep (Brad) was very thorough. Explained the process, took precise measurements and we talked about some additional services we might consider. The grout looks great, the carpets look great and we ended up doing the entire house on the day of, not just the first floor.
He was meticulous with the finish on the tile at the end and provided me booties so that there would be no footprints.

I’m sorry I don’t remember his name but he was right on time, very courteous, covered His shoes with booties, got right to work, wasted no time, packed up all his stuff and he was gone,
