Wonderful cleaning!

Service was great they were very meticulous but the person who took my original call under quoted me which is a big disappointment I did all the work paid for it was very happy with the work but the people on the call service need to do a better job with quotes

They were professional (there were three different men on the job), friendly, and timely but the most amazing part - the job was much more difficult than they had expected. It took them twice as long as they had planned.

With that said - they had to come back a second day to complete the work. Not once did they attempt to change the price or slack-up on the quality of the work.

Both my daughter and I have used Zerorez several times over the years and we will continue to do so.

Our service technician, Matthew. Was wonderful ..explained everything. We have 2 large dogs and they do bring in a lot of dirt and zerorez has been wonderful in getting our carpets and the tile and grout sparkling clean.

The young man was very nice and did a good job - pleased with the results. We did not appreciate him having to ask for a tip (not his fault). When we contract for a service we expect the worker will be paid accordingly without a tip.

I am not allergic to whatever they use to clean the sofa and the carpet. That is a big plus for me. No respiratory reactions at all.

Explaining the technology more. Have a bigger screen then a cell phone to show pricing, especially during Covid -19 when I didn’t want to get close.

Piece of dried dog fences left on the carpet that was cleaned and scotch guarded. On another piece Of furniture I asked what a discoloration was and he said “ a stain”. I hoped he would get the stain out or give further explanation.

Hoses disturbed the mulch out front . I had to sweep quite a bit.
