I find all your technicians very professional. I would recommend your service to others.
My problem may have been with my carpet and not the service. There were a few places I thought would be cleaner then they got but my carpet is over 20 years old and well used.
Cleaned everything up great. Thought we were going to need to replace the carpet, but Russell made it look brand new.
Russel was great and did a very good job. Before and after was like night & day. I thought are tile looked good boy was I wrong. It sure looks good now!
Your employee was able to get out some bad feces stains but gave up somewhat quickly on a tough urine stain. He may be right, but I've seen other of your employees work in a bit longer and achieve better results.

My ceramic tile looked brand new when they finished. Also my aging carpet looks fresh and newer buying me another year before I replace it.
I know my carpet wasn't brand new but I guess I thought the discoloration around the bed would have changed a little more.

I asked your technician to make sure to do a great job upon them leaving and I strated looking at the job they did a horrible job thru didn't do under the beds and I asked them to make sure they did also they didn't do beside the walls in any room they where very polite but didn't do the job I paid for yes it was a big job but they said they could do it and do it right well they didn't do it right and I wish I could have seen it before they left because I wouldn't paid for this job they didn't deodorize the place as well and for the price I paid for this job I would expect it to be done right and I am sure you would as well
Thoroughness of the technician
We received great service from Lucas and his partner (I hate that I can’t remember his name). Super friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. We had our sofa and love seat cleaned and they look and smell brand new again. Thanks guys! We’ll definitely use Zerorez again!
