From the time my appointment started until the end was absolutely amazing. Our technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He made sure to explain the process of how he was going to treat and clean my carpet. He also had me check after he was done to see if I was happy and of course I was! He answered any questions we had as well. Overall I was very pleased with Zerorez and will be using them again and again!!!

Matthew was so efficient ,considerate and did a fabulous job. Our 13 yr old carpet is nice and fluffy again. We don't wear shoes in our home and he had shoe covers and was very understanding. We are an old couple and my husband CV is disabled and he was very patient. Great Job!!!
