Best cleaning service ever! We used another company just a few months ago and it still looked horrible. Stains all over. It looks great now! Never will I ever use anther company.

Quality product and professional service
Your technicians are always polite, on time and do a thorough job, after first going over what needs to be done with me. If there is ever an area that did not clean to my expectations, they have gladly redone the area with absolutely no hesitation or dispute. I use Zerorez for both my carpet cleaning and tile floors.

Polite service tech and easy scheduling
Austin , the tech that cleaned my carpets was knowledgeable and very professional , he was on time and efficient at his job. The carpet and rugs turned out great and im very pleased with the outcome.
Reminding customers about vacuuming before carpet cleaning as people can be very busy in their everyday life and not paying attention to all the details in the emails sent. Offer bio treatment if they mentioned that they have a dog or a dog was present.
The gentleman was considerate, thorough, timely and polite. He did an excellent job!
Quick and through
Paid extra for shower treatment and was not impressed whatsoever. The tile came out well, but guess I just didn’t expect residue to left on the floor, well because of the company name and all. I have heard good things, but don’t think I will use or recommend for the tile treatment. Especially the shower up-charge. That was literally money thrown away with no return
Very professional
The young man who took care of our carpet was outstanding! Very professional and a hard worker. He cleaned our couch and three rooms of carpet. Everything he did looks clean and smells fresh!
Technician went above and beyond!
I had my rug cleaned with your company and it was retuned with fibers missing out of the rug in several places. Nobody called to discuss the damage with me and I feel like when it was returned, it was done so in a manner that if I didn't notice they weren't going to tell me.
I felt a little pressure to add more on with other services that were not previously discussed. I originally got a price quote for around $300 and ended up spending $700. Maybe just stick to the original price quote without adding so many extras.
Efficiency. The young man was very polite and personable. He did his job well.
