The technician was friendly, but the next day two stains resurfaced, one being a large coffee stain. And the hallway still looks dirty now that it's dry! And we never where shoes in my home, so I'm surprised that they didn't get my carpet cleaner. Maybe chemicals are necessary?

Beautifully cleaned my white bedroom carpet. Had one problem area and they gladly came back to try a little extra spot cleaning. Kevin succeeded in making the whole area spotless. All done with a very pleasant persona and a mask.

We loved that there was no smell ! Our house smelled fresh not like it was full of chemicals. And our Service man , Loren was amazing! Answered all our questions and was very personable and professional! We will ask for him again next time! Thanks Zerorez!
Professionalism, Clear as to services/pricing, hard worrking
I only use Zerorez for my home and my customers listings. They are the best! Very professional, on time, clean up when finished and take all precautions to ensure my home or listing are not damaged (wall corners, trim work). I won't use anyone else. Sure you can cut some coupons for a fly by night cleaner to try and save some money, but Zerorez sets the standard. I am a firm believer in that you get what you pay for and I get great value from every dollar spent on carpets, hardwoods, tile and grout cleaning. Thanks again!!
BTW, Gerrard did a fantastic job. Hes a total pro so make sure you keep him around. I will ask for him by name next time. :)

Great technician. Only concern is that I spent $150 for shower grout cleaning that had no to little impact on the mold in the grout.
The best results of any carpet cleaning company I have ever used.
It seems like he didn't clean any of the edges of the carpets were cleaned. The edges in the living room and dining room look worse now than before I had them done.
And I 1 bedroom looks like it wasn't even done. I know I didn't want to pay any extra for the stuff they are supposed to upsell me on but that shouldnt mean they don't actually try and get the carpet cleaned.

The service was excellent and reasonably priced. The floors look amazing. We would definitely recommend them We had tile cleaned and grout sealed as well as a chair cleaned. All look great
