The technician was awesome!
The results were amazing and I will definitely use Zerorez again. My only complaint is that after the technician left, I walked into my master closet and it was not cleaned. We had walked in when he first arrived, so I’m assuming he completely forgot to do that room. I should have walked in each room before he left, so that’s on me. Other than that, he did a great job.
Lucas was on time, respectful and very efficient.

After my downstairs area rug was cleaned and dried, It still look dirty in different spots and didn’t have a clean a clean smell on either rug. I have been very pleased with everything you have cleaned for me before, couch, area rug, and grout.
