After a tenant moved out if townhouse and left the rugs, tile floors, and grout an absolute disaster we were distraught. I heard the zerorez commercials and decided to give them a try. The technician was super knowledgeable, profesional, and courteous. He kept us up to date through the entire job, and the end result was just amazing...everything looked almost new!
The very expensive wing chair you cleaned looks awful. There are water stains all over it now. You can come back and fix it.
