Very good service.
The technicians are always on time and polite. The service is awesome and I love the end result of the service. I have been using Zerorez for years and getting the best results each time.
I like the cleaning process and how good my carpets look when done. Your staff are courteous and professional. However, I do wish they wouldn't press the upsell so much. By the time I make an appointment, I know what I want/need done. I don't hold it against your technicians...they are trained to Up-sell at every opportunity. I would anddo recommend your company frequently.

Your employee arrived on time and completed the service in two hours. We feel that he was most helpful and efficient. The carpet dried within six hours, which was a plus.
Our technician Mitch was amazing !!! He worked so hard on our pet stains and was able to get them up !!! Our carpets and tile look brand new !!

Fast, friendly no pressure service. Most carpet cleaners try and scam you out of hundreds of dollars but zerorez always gives a reasonable estimate up front and sticks to it!
Phone time excellent and excellent staff
Alex did a phenomenal job cleaning all of our carpets. He was able to explain the process in detail and was able to remove a few paint and glue stains that I didn't think would be possible. You can definitely tell that he loves his job and his performance and professionalism were great. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends or family and will be using your services in the future. Alex also took the time to tell us about your tile and grout cleaning service and I look forward to scheduling that with your soon.

I didn't think the carpet could come clean, but it did. Looks great, smells great, dried quickly, and the cleaning was a reasonable price. The technician was very professional and likeable.

This wasn't our first experience using Zerorez so we knew what to expect and we were a little disappointed in the end result before calling them back out. They did correct the problem by coming back out but the tech wasn't happy about doing that. They were going to send a different tech, but didn't so it was a little uncomfortable because he was having to re-do his work and he was coming up with reasons why we had an issue and none of the reasons were his problem. In our opinion, he left too much water in our carpet.
Our home was saturated and it didn't appear all of the water was extracted from the carpets. It took over 12 hours for our carpet to be dry and then we still had some wet spots the next morning. The tech had to come back to our home to re-clean the stairs and the bathroom grout.
Super clean during and after. The tech left our home spotless!
My favorite part is you do not smell terrible fumes and it is safe to walk on barefoot.

I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. In both bedrooms I had multiple stains in my carpet. When the young man finished cleaning my carpets they look brand new. I'm selling my home and the photographer said let me cover my shoes I see you have new carpet. I highly recommend this company.
