I paid for carpet cleaning and grout cleaning was very disappointed with both. The carpet after 3 days looked so bad that I rented a rug doctor and got the stains out that your product didnt and the grout looked very dirty until I cleaned it myself with a toothbrush. The tech was very nice and courteous but I will be going with a chemical based company in the future as I feel like I wasted my money.
