Austin was an exceptional technician who ent above and beyond to clean my home.
Mr Quintes was my technician and he was very professional and thorouh with the assignment. I purchased a home and needed the carpet cleaned and 2 individual rugs. Everything looks and feels amazing. Im very happy with the results. I have already recommended this establishment to others for service. My dirt spots in my carpet reappeared, I tried cause you were highly recommended but not very good
Our tech was great. He understood his product and our carpets look fantastic.
The dog treatment worked about 80% of the way. Still a mild pet odor in the room. Also room stayed damp about twice as long as the tech advised. There was an area that was decently we still and I tried to use my own extractor and the water that came up was pretty dirty. I imagine if I redid the flors, there would still be a decent amount of brown water come up. The tech was extremely friendly and professional though and was in and out in a decent timeframe.

He did a terrific job and the carpet appearance exceeded my expectations.
Since I had to leave before the work was completed, James called me to let me know he
had finished the cleaning and he was able to get some stains out that were embedded in
the carpet .
