We had Casey as our technician and he was simply incredible! Knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and gave us great information about your services... we are now going to plan grout cleaning and regular carpet cleaning. It was a pleasure having someone that truly knew what he was doing, gave us insight to issues we had with stains and gave good recommendations for the future. I’ve already shared your company with a neighbor and a few friends!!
The technician was very nice and professional. The promotional fee quoted was what I paid. There were no upcharges or a-la-cart nickel and dime fees. The employee wore a mask, covered his shoes and wore gloves. This is the best service that I've had in a long time. I'll be sure to use them again.
The worker knew exactly what to do and began his labor without delay. HE took special care with difficult areas on my carpet. He took special care that after he was done all areas were clean and left no messes at all. My carpet look wonderful after he was done.
All of the sought after attributes of a high quality company. The only negative thing I have with the service is its very high price for the service provided. If it were a third less in price I might consider being a regularly scheduled customer. But, at this price, it will have to be a once in a while thing.

My carpet cleaning service was timely and efficient. The tech, Russell J., was excellent in providing quality work and explaining thoroughly how and why the Zerorez process is effective.
Russell is informative, friendly and eager to share his confidence in his job and his ability to get the carpet done to our satisfaction. For the size of the area cleaned, the cost was minimal and we are happy with the results. We will use Zerorez again in the future.
I have used Zerorez in the past, and I can honestly say that this technician did the best work . He was on time, polite, efficient and very thorough. I would defintely recommend both Zerorez and this young man. I am sorry I don not remember his name.

The work was done in a timely manner, and the 10 year old carpet looked like it was new again.
Kevin, our service tech, was both punctual and professional. The online appointment booking was easy and communication was good.
We had several oriental rugs that needed a thorough cleaning. Our service technician was Russell, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Russell worked with us to determine the safest and best way to have these rugs treated.

Best cleaning service ever! We used another company just a few months ago and it still looked horrible. Stains all over. It looks great now! Never will I ever use anther company.

Quality product and professional service
Your technicians are always polite, on time and do a thorough job, after first going over what needs to be done with me. If there is ever an area that did not clean to my expectations, they have gladly redone the area with absolutely no hesitation or dispute. I use Zerorez for both my carpet cleaning and tile floors.
