Professional and no mess

My carpet was hideous and now I’m not ashamed to have guests over. Left my carpet feeling new and my home smelled great!
The young man that worked on my carpet was very courteous and understood that I had a dog. Once my dog met him, he left him alone. Even with coming and going out the front door. He took a few minutes extra to make sure all the dog hair was cleaned up and removed from the carpet. I told him next time I do my tile floors, I will be calling again to get it done.
There are a couple of spots near my bedroom door that i feel need to be cleaned better.

Once again Michael Noel has amazed me. The grout in our tile looks like it did when we bought our house 21 years ago. Our sun room grout is actually white again. Didn't think that was posslble!
Our kitchen grout was grungy looking after 3 years of heavy foot traffic. Most of our main level is tile but only the kitchen area didn’t look like it did 3 years ago when the house was built. I’d heard radio ads about Zerorez for years and decided to give them a try. Got an over the phone estimate (accurate to the penny) and our tech, Reagan (great guy!) arrived on time and worked his magic. Pretreated the tile and grout, used his machine to clean the floor, and set out a few small fans to speed drying. When he was done? Wow! Grout was like new and sealed to prevent further staining. I got an appointment 2 days after I called, an emailed confirmation of price quote, several follow up communications via text and email, and a call from Reagan with his exact arrival time. Zerorez is everything I’d heard it would be. Plan on doing this yearly—very affordable and more important—very effective! Couldn’t be happier and I’ve already recommended Zerorez to 4 people.

The carpet looks great and service was excellent, however, the grout cleaning was not as good as we expected. There are still areas that are dingy looking and darker than the rest of the grout.

This experience was completely different from the previous times I have used Zererez. The technician (Andrew) was very vague about the size of the family room and after walking it off without a measuring device, he insisted it was larger than 250 sq. ft. and had to count it as two rooms. Every other time I have used Zerorez there was never a question about the size of this room and it was always counted as one room. As a result of this, only 3 roms were cleaned rather than 4. As always, it was an attractive offer to buy 3 rooms with protection package and get 4th free. I was very disappointed that the size of this room was never questioned every prior time I have used Zerorez. Before the service I was asked by 2 of my neighbors to let them know how thiings went; I will not be able to recommend Zerorez after this experience. To make things right a credit of 25% of the $199 fee would be appropriate.
