It's my 2nd or 3rd time. They do a beautiful job on my 12 yr. old carpets. They are always on time, and VERY respectful of my home. They use towels on the tile floor, booties, wall corner protectors, and more.

Quality of work

The carpet did not come anywhere close to clean. Landlord had to have it recleaned at my expense and you refused to refund me the money for the subpar cleaning I received. I could not get the reset I’ve because it was a move out clean so a refund would have been satisfactory however did not happen. I sent in pictures and everything but it’s ok I will be doing my reviews on all platforms regarding the dissatisfactory services I received. The technician was nice but the carpet was not clean.

Jeff, my technician, called ahead of appt. was right on time, had a mask, footies, and I have never had such superb service. This is my 10th move and furniture had been in storage.
It all looks brand new. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

My carpets aren't sipping wet , dry quickly and are really clean. Techs are super nice, always on time and are in a d out quickly. They don't pressure you to buy additional services, price is as quoted.

I was disappointed in how well the cleaning worked. Some of it looks much better but there are still places, especially on the edges of the cushions, that still look dirty.

There are several spots still in my grout. By the front door it looks like it wasn't even cleaned. I had to move my coffee table, which is very light, and grout wasn't cleaned under it. I was told that small things like coffee tables and end tables would be slid to get all grout. I also asked about moving the couch and loveseat. The tech said he would put these plastic sliders under the corners to slide, also we told him we would be right out on the back porch and would help. Nothing was moved at all. I paid alot of money and feel like it was a half done job.

The young man that cleaned my tile did a great job. The floors look great!
