My husband and I appreciate the technician’s promptness and professionalism. Our concerns are always acknowledged. The technicians always clean any water residue/spills on our hardwood floors before they leave our home. Jacob did an amazing job cleaning our tile floors. The zerorez system really got the years of living out of the grout lines and floors look almost like new!
Excellent communication from scheduling through completion of service. Our technician (Jeff) was very personable and professional. We've used various carpet cleaning companies over the years and we only wish we had used ZEROREZ before. We will absolutely use them again in the future and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

We have been married for 50 years, and owned 9 homes. That’s a lot of carpet and tile cleaning over the years. On 05/15/2021 we used Zerorez Jacksonville. Never have we had a better technician take care of us. Everything about the appointment was exceptional. We had carpets cleaned in 5 rooms, 2 staircases, and 1 long hallway. Our tile in kitchen, large dining area, foyer, walkway, mud room and laundry was cleaned and grout sealed. He also cleaned and disinfected two very large polypropylene lanai rugs. We had some algae and mildew stains on those. No one has ever done a better job for us.
We were amazed at the results and the technician was able to explain the process . He was very professional and considerate of all our needs . We were so happy with the patio it looks like a new floor!! Our technician was so patient as we continued to add other rooms to be cleaned after 6 pm . My husband and I will continue to use your service.
Zerorez came and cleaned our carpet and tile both look great, but our tile looks amazing!
