The survey is very vague about how my name will be displayed. However, I wanted to let Zerorez know that the technician was fantastic. He was polite and professional and completed the job timely. He was very considerate of the hoses against the door jams, etc.

The technician was very nice and respectful. My carpets were good but was disappointed with the area rug cleaning he did not have enough training to check my rug to see if it Would withstand Cleaning under the technique that was being used. One whole corner of the area rug was dissolved at the base down to the weave of my rug. That portion of the rug was exposed to sunlight , so I’m sure that had a something to do with it. But he should have known that . And tested the possibility of something happening. My rug is ruined . It was old but I’m still disappointed in the lack of training. So I really can’t even blame the young man. He tried his best

I would recommend the service with tech Kendall Schroeder . A lot better than the last couple times we had our cleaning by Zoetorez .
The representative Cory was prompt, kind, and professional. He arrived on time ensuring to call beforehand. Made sure to take special care to share the details of the process. Unlike other carpet cleaning services I’ve used, the price they quoted was the price I paid. Cannot recommend enough!
Only thing I’d like to see different is a way to clean closer to the corners in rooms with tile
