I have to admit that I was not happy the first time my carpet got cleaned but zero rest went out of their way and sent Kendall my technician back out to make sure that I was completely satisfied and I am 100% completely satisfied today with the job that was done he took extra time and paid special attention to what I wanted done on my carpets and what I wanted them to look and smell good for the Holidays since all of our grandchildren will be playing on our carpets so I wanted them to b sanitized and safe for them to crawl around on..Thanks Kendell and Zerorez!!!I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family!!!

The very first time y'all did my carpets and rugs and I was extremely happy..this time the guy was here 20 mins and when I walked in I could still see the dirt spots and my carpet isn't even a year old plus I was charge $40 for pet odor treatment for each room and it smelled a tiny bit better but not much..however it wasn't until the next day I had my grandson in his swing where the living and dining room meet and he was in it for about 30 mins and the feet on his sleeper were filthy...I can't even let him crawl around on the floor it's still so filthy..I am not happy at all that was $200 right here at Christmas time just so my grandkids could all play on the what was supposed to b the clean floors..

Our tile floors and grout turned out great! We added on furniture to be cleaned as well, and that also turned out great. On the downside, the price for 3 pieces of furniture (couch, loveseat & ottoman) was a bit high.
You guys did an amazing job in our new house! We thought the floor had some dirt to it from construction but little did we know it was coated. Our floors ended up looking even brighter and shined like we had not seen before. 100% worth it and would do it again!
