Always does a great job
This was an excellent experience. I booked the appointment online. I received a text reminder and was able to confirm. Tech called before coming. When he arrived he stood back from the door. He wore a mask and shoe covers. He went right to work. When he was complete he let me check out his work before presenting the invoice.
I will definitely use zerorez again and will refer to all.

Very professional and effective carpet cleaning.
I paid for the carpets to be cleaned because we are selling a home. We have dogs in the house smell like dog. The tech sold me an upgrade for pet treatment. That treatment did not help at all. I also asked him why I could still see all the traffic dirt and he said there was nothing he could do about that which I know is incorrect I wasn’t going to argue with him. I know I feel like I’m going to have to hire someone else to do the exact same job because it was done so inadequately that I wasted $227. The tech was very friendly and polite but I feel that his carpet cleaning skills lack the proper training to handle the task ahead of him. I have seen miracles work with some carpet cleaners and was expecting nothing but the best from ZeroreZ. I am extremely disappointed.
Great job. The technician explained how he would complete his work. He cleaned three area rugs with the least inconvenience to us. He was pleasant, professional, friendly and, of course did a fantastic job. The cost was very reasonable. We have decided to have him back in January to work on our tile floors.

Be more consistent. Some times your guys leave and there is a citrus scent left behind. Sometimes your guys leave and it smells like a gym locker. Some guys finish in little to no time and sometimes they are here much longer

The service technician Cameron was very conscientious and hardworking the entire time he was at my home cleaning 900 square feet of tile and grout. He was careful and ensured he did not damage my baseboards and door frames during the cleaning process.
