Carpets are cleaned and there is no residue.
They have cleaned our tile floors and oriental area rugs very competently several times.
The shower and bathroom floor was not completely cleaned. The corners on the bathroom floor was not cleaned and the shower after the first couple days was not completely clean. The day of the service it seemed fine and the spots on the carpet showed again after a couple days. Also, there were two scrape marks on the wall in the bath and one area it was marked was an area that there was no cleaning. We have had your service in the past and was fine but unfortunately this last time we were disappointed. When we looked at the areas after the cleaning it was fine but a day later we saw these areas mentioned above that were not satisfactory. This is to inform you of our experience which ended not to our satisfaction.

Quality service and we had a great associate
Your company has been friendly and has great communication with clients. Unfortunately, my sofa looks worse than before we started. I was told that it is the fabrics reaction to the cleaning solution. One of two stains came out, a portion of the sofa is a different color, luckily the bottom cushions cover most of uneven color. The tech camevout a second time and re treated, same results. Disappointing.

The product does not have an odor and dries quickly. There is not a stiff feel to the carpet afterward. We were able to make an appointment quickly, and the service provider was friendly and very respectful to our home. He answered my questions and offered other services that the company provides. It was a very positive experience.

Gosh, I received a survey and thought i filled this out already. I loved that everything was explained and what was recommended. I would have been charged for something that I did not need if not for explaining everything that was used. Would highly recommend Zerorez Jacksonville and will definitely be using them again.
