Smell is not over powering, I have respiratory issues and I had no problems.
We have utilized Zerorez many many timesaver the past few years for both our homes and our two commercial offices. Unfortunately, this time around, the tile and grout clean & seal simply did not yield great results. We feel as though we will have to enlist the services of another company to actually produce the results promised.

Our carpets look great! Also, you have great customer service and our technician, Jake, was excellent. He was very friendly and made sure we were happy with our carpets. He did a fantastic job as we had really bad stains from dogs.

Tech was very pleasant, made an effort to contact me and ensure I knew the costs. He did waste an inordinate amount of time on the phone-my elderly mother was sitting outside in the heat waiting for him to finish. I understand you don’t move furniture but the tech didn’t even move the dog water bowl. He cleaned around it. Cleaned up to but not behind the toilet, same for a vacuum sitting in the utility room. Cleaned 1/2 way under a shelf, but not all the way to the wall.
Overall floors looked great and I will probably use your services again but kind of disappointed in thoroughness.
The worker arrived early and did an excellent job.
The associate (Jake) sent out was prompt, professional and respectful of my home.
