I thought I was pleased until it completely dried and it Just look like it had not been cleaned. There were still dirty spots and dirty high traffic spots that were in front of the couch . It smelt good but that’s about it. I ended up calling Chem -Dry of Jacksonville and had them come out today. I have pictures after y’all had cleaned it, and pictures after Chem-Dry. 100 times different.

Our technician did a fantastic job. He was on time, courteous, professional and the results were phenomenal. Our Church Congregation could not get over how great the carpet and pews looked when they walked in Sunday morning. Our very old carpet and pew cushions never looked better. Great job and great experience all the way around. Thank you Zeroex as you never dissapoint!

The difference it made To the carpet and our couch upholstery. The technician we had was very polite and courteous. He always had us check back behind his work to make sure it was what we want it. He was here for several hours and my house smells and looks amazing.
