The fact that your cleaning services work would have been good enough. Not only did they work well on clearing some spots from our carpets, I was greeted with the warmest, most professional employee of yours. His name is Kendall and I truly feel that he went above and beyond in his duties. He was very professional in his duties while being ultra attentive and explaining the entire process of the cleaning to me. The standard you guys are setting for your employees is amazing and should be mimicked throughout the country.
J'Morlyn was very friendly and helpful yesterday in cleaning the furniture and the rug and the bathroom. He we s very thorough and professional.
We have three cats and a dog, and we had three carpeted bedrooms cleaned. Every room smelled so good when it was done. Our tech, Lou, was very professional and efficient, which we learned from a previous visit. My carpet looks amazing. Never has it looked so good after being cleaned. Eric did a fabulous job and made sure I was completely happy with the result before he left. My leather is very light and Eric did a test spot before proceeding and I am glad he did. It would not have met my expectations so I decided not to have it cleaned. Apparently, color transfer from jeans will not completely come out and I so appreciate Eric's honesty. I would not have been happy. I will not hesitate to recommend Zero Rez to my friends.

Jacob explained the procedure and knew his product. I had my wood floors cleaned and my velvet furniture vacuumed. My floors and furniture look brand new. Thank you so much!!

Was very personable, extremely courteous, paid attention to detail, advised of all services offered by Zerorez, and delivered a beautiful result!! Our job was a small amount of carpet cleaning, and what a beautiful result!! After hearing ther other services offered by Zerorez, we are considering the Duct Cleaning service!! Our rating - 5 STARS to the company and Eddie gets 5 STARS just because of his service and heart!!
