Carpets dry quickly and there is no detergent left behind to attract dirt. There is a rumor that John Travolta's son died from overexposure to carpet cleaning chemicals (they had their carpets cleaned several times a month) so I'd prefer not exposing my infant to them.
the serviceman was quick and very efficient. We were very pleased with the results. My husband thought we had put down new carpet, it looked so clean! Thank you again.
Attention to detail, service
Service man was very professional and knowledgeable about his product. Dressed professionally, was courteous and considered any possible damage or problems that might arise with our furniture and household goods. The house was left clean and in better condition than before.
Highly recommended to anyone that has had experiences with Stanley Steamer! Zerorez was a quantum superior product and experience.

The product just makes sence, no residue. I have always received excellent service fom the technicians (three times at my home)and expect I will receive the same when I get my tile done next month.

Your rep was awesome! Unfortunately we need you to come back just as I thought this burber carpet is hard to clean. You've brought some dirt to the surface and we need to go over it again , can you please set that up?
Service men are very friendly and helpful. Spots are gone and have gotten much smaller with each cleaning.
No soap residue in carpets!
Worked well. No residue -- goal met. Decided on the tile/grout and it looks great. So glad I decided to have it done as I didn't realize how dirty the grout really was!
Fast drying & looked great. Also needed to make a past minute appointment do a situation & Zerorez was able to squeeze me in nxt day.

Your advanced cleaning system and staff . Brian your tech was awesome and cute. It makes a difference when you have someone in your home in this type of service field who has a good appearance and attitude.
I liked that I was called the day before to ask if I had any questions and to confirm the appointment. Angie was a pleasure to talk to. Not only was Brian, the technician, right on time, he was extremely pleasant and very professional. He explained the process and treated me as valuable customer, not just another job. I have had our carpets cleaned before as well as doing it myself, but once Brian was through our carpets looked and felt better than new. They dried within a very short period of time and I was able to put everything back in place before my husband got home from work. I definitely would recommend Zerorez to friends and neighbors. Good work cleans very well
The rep you sent out -- I believe his name was Derrick -- was pretty impressive, and was actually on time -- that doesn't happen very often! He explained everything he was going to do, the process itself, and the other services your company offers. I used your services based on the $99.00 special I heard about on a country radio station -- had never heard of you before nor do I know of anyone that has used you in the past. I agreed to the topical treatment at an extra cost of $45.00 due to having a pet and thought I'd give it a try. The carpets turned out nice. I had lots of stains -- again, due to a dog, and 2 teenage boys. Derrick had me check behind him after he cleaned each room. He seemed to be thorough and genuinely seemed to really care about me, his customer, and the work he did. He was very personable and I told him if he did a good job, I'd be willing to call you all back out to have my tile, grout, wood floors and furniture cleaned. I am happy to say, I was pleased with him and his work ethic and will call you all back out in the near future, as well as recommend your company to anyone who might be needing your services. Kudos to your company, and to Derrick too! The young lady that I talked to on the phone about my appointment was equally friendly, helpful, and personable! Was a nice client experience, again, something you don't get from all vendors these days and a quality that will definitely set your company apart from all the other carpet cleaners! :)
