The cleaning was very thorough and professional. I was very satisfied with the results. The initial price quote did not take into account that my area rugs were wool, so that was somewhat disappointing. I would suggest that the customer service agent make it a point to explain the difference in price between synthetic and wool rugs so there are no surprises when the representative comes to clean.
Our technician, Teddy, was on time, courteous and an excellent communicator! Teddy did an excellent job cleaning our carpet and tile. We would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs their carpets and tile cleaned professionally and efficiently!!

ANTONIO WAS GREAT...RUGS LOOK GOOD! ONLY THING THAT I WOULDNT DO AGAIN IS THE CLEANING OF BATHROOM TILE FLOOR. THE GROUT STILL LOOKS GRAY....WAS HOPING FOR WHITE.

What I like about your products is that the carpet dries so fast. Instead of a 24 hour dryer period it is more like 6-8 hours of drying. For our life style this works!!
What I like about your services are the people. Zero rez has been coming out to my house for 6 years. All of the employees go above and beyond to be friendly, courteous and professional.
Zerorez cleaned our tile floors and did a great job. Jacob and Eric were excellent techs. They kept us informed throughout the entire process. Our floors looks great and we will definitely use Zerorez again. We highly recommend them for anyone wanting to get their floors cleaned.
