House smells great again
I paid extra for odor treatment and the carpet in one of the bedrooms smells worse than it did before it was cleaned and treated. I have previously had this done (I think it was in early 2024) and the carpet smelled fresh and clean. I’m disappointed that it doesn’t this time.

Great service, timely and respectful.
The employee told me the carpet stains would come out. When the carpet dried all the stains showed back up. Not one spot came out. A waist of $600. Never again!
Cleaning carpet but am gonna try the vent cleaner
This was my first experience with this company. Very efficient and very good results. Joseph was the service man and he was polite and did all I had requested to be cleaned. I was most pleased that my carpets dried a good bit quicker that regular shampooed carpets.

When I called to schedule I spoke with a very helpful gentleman (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) who got a technician scheduled same day to my house for a carpet cleaning. Morgan M arrived and was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He answered all of my questions, explained services clearly, and offered welcome advice for our future household needs.

I can't speak to what the products are because they weren't shown to menor explained. What I go by are results and the man who did my very old carpeting was very good at his job. I would ask for him again.
Alex was really great. Extremely courteous, very detail oriented, and explained everything from start to finish on how he would work through the house. Gave feedback after his work and offered up additional services that we ended up using with an area rug. Price was good for what we had cleaned. Alex was a big part of my satisfaction.
The technician, Trey, explained how the work would be done and was neat and efficient. My carpet looks like new and dried quickly. I am very pleased and will call your company again.
