I asked to see a small area of my area rug cleaned before I commit to the whole rug. 8x10. Wasn't sure if it was worth the money or just replace. I stayed out of way for worker to do rooms etc. Then notified all done including area rug. It didn't come out well and would not have done it if I saw that it was not going to clean well. Too late so I payed for something that I stated I would like to see a test spot first. Worker was a very nice person although.

The guys were professional and friendly. Did a fabulous job for the areas that they had to work with in our Corporate Office. Some wear and tear, but stains I thought would never come out and DID! Very pleased.

We like the product, of course. Our carpets are old and they clean up pretty well for the age. Your greatest asset are your people. Each technician that has come to our house over the years has been great and very easy to work with. Our technician Rami certainly kept that streak going with our last cleaning. Very pleasant young man, great technician with superb attention to detail, NOT a pushy salesman.
