Very reasonable pricing, as well as outstanding customer service by all members of the office staff we were in contact with. Being able to get our carpeting cleaned within just a couple of days of accepting your quote was also a major plus! Your technician was very timely with contacting us to let us know when he was on his way to the job, when he had the job completed, and providing detailed information regarding areas of wear to be aware of at this time. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable.
This entire process, from request for quote through completion of the job and payment processing, was very positive and refreshingly customer-friendly.
