Very professional and carpet looks great! Jason Young was very careful, polite, and answered all my questions. He also informed me about the vent cleaning and upholstery cleaning, without giving me a "hard sell". We will definitely be calling you when we need those services. The carpet dried quickly and there's no "after-smell" :) I will recommend Zerorez and Jason to all my family & friends.
