I LIKED HOW THE CARPET WAS CLEANED FOR THE MOST PART IT LOOKS A HUNDRED PERCENT BETTER. THE STEPS AS WE HAD PLASTIC ON THEM STILL HAVE THE STRIPE ON THE SIDE AND ON THE FLOOR IT SEEMED LIKE I COULD SEE SOME STRIPES BUT AFTER I VACUMEDIT DID APPEAR MUCH BETTER. WE DID WAIT A BIT LONG TO HAVE CLEANED SO LIKE I SAID IT WAS A HUNDRED PERCENT BETTER. NO PROBLEM WITH DRYING OR ANY CLEANING ODERS.

Mike, our tech, was extremely knowledgeable and was very clear about what could be done and (in our case we had one room with extreme pet damage) what could not. We appreciated his recommendations and the time he took to go over things with us. He was terrific and we would specifically request him next time.

Very Timely - Called ahead to verify Appointment then called when on the way say would be there in 15 minutes. Didn't have to waste time waiting for someone to show up like most companies (Phone & Cable Companies tell you they'll show up sometime within a 4 hours window)

The service person was friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. I was impressed how well the pet treatment worked. I had a large cola stain and other stains in my carpet. They are completely gone. My husband commented "It's like a fresh paint job for your floor!"

I like that there is no residue in the carpet. I am curious to see how it looks after a period of time, since this is the first time we've used zerorez. Mark was very willing to answer questions that I had about the process. I liked that they were able to come with only a couple days notice.
