The professionalism and the wonderful products. They keep in touch prior to the scheduled date and arrive on time. There is never a question about whether they are coming or when. The product takes out stains like magic. Between major cleaning of our carpet, we us a stain removing product for any dog stains that occur. As we are spraying on the mixture, the stains disappear before our eyes!! Love it. My husband and I are amazed everytime we use it. I have recommended you to my neighbors and they have used you also.

I liked that the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also really liked that the carpet was soft after having our carpets cleaned. With other carpet cleaners the carpet tends to be crunchy and stiff.

I like that it is safe for our family, pets and the environment. It smelled great while they were doing the cleaning! We are anxious to see that it proves better than shampooing the carpets! Both of the men that came to the house were very nice and polite, and did the job in a more than reasonable amount of time. We were told to expect them between 1:00 and 4:00 and they arrived about 11:30...as it was, even with removing all furniture out of the three rooms, we were ready and it worked out great for us! At this time, we will recommend Zerorez.
