On time, dried quickly,reasonably priced. Only complaint was that it had a citrus-y scent. If the scent was from an added fragrance, I would request that it not be used again as this stirred up my allergies. The fragrance dissipated within 24 hours so it was tolerable.
Your tech seemed to know what he was doing and pointed out a couple spots he could not remove.

Mike Dunn is an asset to your company. He thoroughly explained the process and told me it would dry in 4-6 hours and it did. Other cleaning companies take a couple of days to really dry. I like your green cleaning with no harsh chemicals. I have already referred Becky Scholes to you and passed 2 of Mike's cards out at my second job.

The carpet feels very clean when the job is done. The technician handles most of furniture moving. Plastic pads are put under wood furniture legs so they won't be harmed by the moisture. Very professional attitude and work.

Job was done with no mess. Was completely quickly. The service person was polite and knew his job. Most importantly, he arrived when he said he was going to arrive, and was done when he said he was going to be done. Love the fact that no shampoo was used. Carpets looks great!!

The carpet was almost dry when your tech left, without the normal, just cleaned, "crunchy" feel. Everyone I spoke with in the company was extremely friendly and helpful. Your tech got stuck for around 3 hours on his way here, but his attitude never showed stress, anger, or any sign of having a bad day. You will hear from us again!
Did a good job dried quickly
I was amazed that your product took care of set-in pet stains and normal traffic stains! There was absolutely no chemical odor involved and your service technician was very friendly and answered all my questions. Even my kids noticed the difference!!!
