I like that Zerorez uses clean products. They send you a conformation email, reminder call a fews days before and call on the date of service and let you know they are on the way. That's important to me because I hate when you have a time scheduled and they don't show or are late. The service men always introduce themselves and are very nice. They take the time to answer all my questions and explain the process.

The crew that came to my house was very professional! They did a great job from to start to finish and I would (and have) highly recommend them to anyone! The air duct cleaning was very tedious and time consuming, yet they worked diligently and cleaned up any mess that was made along the way. The carpet hasn't looked that clean since it was new!
