The cleaning team was professional, friendly and on time. They moved small furniture and covered expected area. There were two soiled areas that the contractors remodelling our master bath left on the carpet that the cleaning wasn't able to completely remove. I think they tracked in dirt fromt the yard where they were cutting out new flooring. When the boss was there the workers placed down covering on the carpet but when he wasn't they didn't. As a result it becamed soiled. It could be it became permenantly stained. Anyway the team did a good job. Thanks.

The carpet really seemed totally clean and we had some pet stains that seem to be completely removed. Service person was great.

Excellent communication via emails and phone contact. Friendly, informative and polite service. Our newer carpet looks great and the old stuff looks as good as could be expected.
Tech is very knowledgable and explains everything before even getting started. He would even take time as he was going along to explain something to me if I asked. The tile and carpets look great!
Freshness and quality of work
I've tried a couple of other carpet cleaning companies, and Zerorez got the high-traffic areas of our carpet looking cleaner than they have in years.
The installer had technical difficulties, but remained positive and made sure that the job was done right.
