My service tech was early which was great and doesn't happen very often. He was also efficient and didn't waste any time. Your cleaning product has a very pleasant citrus ordor which is nice to smell when you come in from the outside. I would use your services again without question. Thank you very much.

"Little Mike" (our cleaner) was GREAT. We have a downtown condo on the 4th floor (!), which is a challenge for any carpet cleaner, but Mike creatively figured out how to make it happen. The carpets look so much better. Great job!

We have used Zerorez three times now. Once for our home and twice for rental properties we own. Zerorez has been able to really clean up traffic areas on the rental property carpets. We would not use anyone other than Zerorez.
