My carpet is almost 20 years old and has been through raising a family as well as dogs! There have always been trouble spots other services could never seem to get out. I have waited until now to let you know, they seem to be gone. My carpet has never looked better and I will never go with any other service again. Also, I had him clean the tile and grout which had never been done, again almost 20 years. Quite spendy, but very satisfied with the results! I liked the fast drying time and NO ODOR as well as the polite, professional, able young man who did the entire job himself and gave me proper directions on how to actually clean the tile floor better. THANKS As you can tell I am extremely satisfied!

The intial cleaning was a very good price. Howeveer the extra service we bought seem to be a little spendy. We did need pet treatment in the house and opted for the additional over spray similar to Scotchguard. Other than the money we paid we was pleasingly surprised at how clean and soft our carpets became once again.

Explained everything before proceeding. We had many pet stains which were eliminated as well as the associated odor. Carpet truly looked like new! The associate was personable and patient with our questions! We will definitely use ZeroRez again - I have told many co-workers and friends about their service - I do not often promote a business but ZeroRez deserves the accolades!!

Technician (Mike D) was on time (early in fact) and he took time to explain a few things that most people would probably not be aware of (for example, potential issues as they pertain to pets and stains). Very professional. I like the email confirmation and the call received that the technician was on his way to my house.

Your people are always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions/concerns that I have. You may be a bit more expensive than other places, but knowing that I can run around on my fresh carpet seconds after, or even during the cleaning process, is amazing. I don't even have to worry about my pets getting sick from chemicals!

The associate was very friendly and knowledgable about how to best approach my aging and dirty carpet. I have used other companies before to clean my carpets every 4-6 months and Zerorez is more expensive, but in turn does a much, much better job!

The service tech was clean, well spoken and honest. I paid extra for the pet stain/odor removal and I'm glad I did. I have two spots that I may need to have gone over again, but over all I'm very happy with the process. I do in home child care and have dogs, so my carpet is very abused. I will be a repeat customer.

We had an issue with our first carpet cleaning service by Zerorez. After they had cleaned the carpet we could still smell one of the pet stains. We contacted Zerorez and they came out right away to fix the problem. They have really provided great service!
