There was an immediate difference in the color of the carpet as the cleaning was being done. The fibers of the carpet were soft after the cleaning was done.
The attention to appointment time; the information that the technician provided; so far, after 24 hrs., the condition of my carpet. It almost glistens and is quite soft. Compared to other cleanings, I feel that it is truly "clean".

The carpet looked wonderful when I walked into the house....just like a new carpet. But most of all, they did my loveseat and my sofa, and one of the arms on each piece of furniture was soiled, mainly with normal wear and tear and nautural oils from one's hands. Both pieces of furniture look like new!
The tech was honest and very courteous and respectul and knew what he was talking about.

We had some really pet stained carpets and I really appreciated their honesty. We ended up deciding to replace the carpet in that room but got our stairs cleaned with them that day. Best job we have ever had done on our carpets with no residue left and a nice clean citrus smell. Just loved it - dried quicker than we have had done with the companies that use chemicals and didn't have that sticky feeling like when we have had our carpets cleaned before. Going to set up getting our living room/hallway cleaned with them in a few weeks. Employees were great - would recommend this company highly. Used them because our neighbors raved about them and we now know why.
