The technician was friendly and knowledgable. He worked quickly and provided answers to all of my questions. The only thing I would recommend would be that pads be put under the feet of the furniture when placed on wet carpet.

Zerorez has done the best job on are carpets compared to any of the other carpet cleaning services we have had.

You were polite, prompt, hardworking and dedicated. You took time to ask about trouble spots in the carpet and you also took time to answer questions while doing the job. The final work product was excellent.

I was given a window of 10am to 1pm and you called a 9:55 saying you were on your way. You never get front side of the waiting window. That was a good first impression. The service was efficient and effective. We had one newer carpet area and one carpet that is 16 years old. Both came out looking great!

This is my first time using Zerorez. My scheduled time was 1:00 to 4:00. I actually got a call to see if they could come early. I was prepared for that to happen this time. It was great. I know in the future I might not be prepared for them to come early, but I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem if I wasn't. I've just never had anyone come EARLY.

They did what was promised and if it was not completely correct they came back and fixed it.

It was just one average guy and he was very professional.

De Mareo was our service engineer. He was pleasent, professional, on time and completed the cleaning in a timely manner. He also educated us with some carpet tips and pointed out additional services we were able to take advantage of. We had a bad stain, in which we thought we were going to have to replace carpet but he was able to get the stain out. Very Satisfied.
