The tech who showed up to do my carpets was extremely courteous and professional. He offered additional products, but there was no high-pressure sales pitch. He showed me the process mid-way through so I could see the actual change in the clean vs. dirty carpet. He also gave suggestions to speed the drying process and left me with a free product. Courteous and professional. Took care of an area of concern and came back for a second treatment at no cost. Then we had another area of the house done as well. We had problems with cat urine and they fixed it completely.
