The first time you were out, it didn't turn out as well as we'd thought & there were differnet levels of clean on one carpet. He came out again & noticed what we had too. He did it again & it is so very clean. He said the head must not have been working the first time. Very courteous. I will recommend to others.

The technician was knowledgable and steered us toward replacing some pet damaged carpet when he didn't think he could get the stains out. We really appreciated the fact the he didn't charge us hundreds of dollars to do a job he knew we wouldn't be happy with. We did have him clean two other rooms and some stairs, we were very happy with how that was done. We will definitely use again.
