The staff was very professional and the service was great. The actual results on our carpet were not as good as I had hoped. I think it was more my level of expectation as the technician was very good when he arrived and told me that some areas would improve but that due to heavy traffic patterns and some dog stain issues some problem areas would still exist.

Friendly and effective

Our carpets look great for as old as they are and with 3 cats I thought they turned out great.
We were disappointed with the scheduling. I specifically requested late as our work schedules
Would work better with the late time . My husband was able to sneak away from work for the
Guys to come over but it was very inconvenient right in the middle of the afternoon.

Matt and Blake were prompt, professional and knowledgeable - they did a great job. The carpeting dried well and the citrus scent was refreshing.

It did take a few days to get a return call to schedule an appointment, however when I did receive the call it was easy to schedule an appointment for a convenient time.

Super friendly staff and very efficient

I was amazed at how clean our 17 year old carpeting looked. We had areas with stains that I would have bet would never come clean. Your service team took them right out. Our carpeting hasn't looked this good since it was new. The staff that cleaned our carpet was professional and very courteous. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone who is thinking of having their carpets cleaned. Great company!!!!!

Professionsal employees, how well the product works.

I really thought we were going to have to replace our carpet but thought i would give you a try before doing so. Our carpet looks practically new! Could beleive it as i watched! I've told everyone i know to give you a call. My husband says i sound like a commercial :) Matt was very professional and explained the process as he worked. He did a fantastic job! Josh came and cleaned our carpets and was fantastic! He was very imformative, polite, and professional. He was right on time and worked quickly to clean the areas needed. The carpet was left looking, feeling, and smelling great. I will definitely be using Zerorez again!
