The service was good. The technician(Kyle) did a fine job. The carpets look great. The fresh look and smell is great also. I would just comment that care should be taken with the footwear the technician(a agressive tread) did leave some marks on our hardwood floors. The marks did buff out.

Service Associates were respective--wore foot booties and took precautions to avoid any scratches or nicks to walls. Very professional and informative when asked specific questions.

I was very happy with the scheduling, the reminder calls, and the product was outstanding. I appreciated the service technician. He was so clean cut and friendly. Great working with the public. The ONLY thing that would hurt my 100% satisfaction and recommending zerorez was the cost. It was so much more expensive than other professional carpet systems. I chose to spend the money in this way because of pet problems. I am very satisfied with the results. But could not afford to do all that I wanted to clean. So , I am just sending one customer's point of view, Hope it helps.

The carpet was cleaned without chemicals and was dry sooner than other companies. Second time using Zerorez.. the carpet is so soft! Will use your company again for sure.
