You are prompt and do a good and thorough job. The people that come and clean are very knowledgeable and friendly. I really like your spot cleaner for pets for in between times, it works great. I have had you for the last few years for our living room and basement and have been pleased every time.

I highly recommended zerorez just hours after they pulled out of the driveway when a neighbor called & asked about them! They got the pet smells & stains out & left a fresh clean scent! My service technician Matt was very friendly & professional!

No chemicals, great results, the carpet looks and smells wonderful and the technician was awesome. This is my second time and I wouldn't go to anyone else for the services.

Hopefully the stains do not return like they did when we shampooed the carpets ourselves.

We did have misscommunication about time which was nerve racking, but did get the job done.
