I was very impressed with the tile and grout cleaning in our kitchen. Time will tell if it helps with the pet smells we have (due to the home being a foreclosure where animals were left in the home). I am sure it had to help and it is much cleaner. The grout is actually white not gray! My only issue is dealing with the carpets. Since the carpet is less than a year old and we keep it clean, there wasn't much to work on. That being said, the associate was going to treat it with a protectant afterwords and I don't think he did it due to getting busy on the tile in the kitchen. Also, vacuuming yesterday, the carpet kind of felt like the pre-treatment might have residue left. Not sure, but could possibly be due to only going over each area with one pass of the rinse wand. I have worked in the business in the past and I would have rinsed twice and then a pass or two without water to extract as much of the moisture as possible.

We had our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. We were shown a before and after video of the vents. They were in and out in about 1 hr 45 min.
