All the stains were cleaned to my satisfaction, the carpet feels great still like brand new! And it was nice of them to leave a bottle of cleaner to use. I'm confident that I can keep my carpets cleaner than before now that they have been properly cleaned. We used OxyClean Carpet Cleaners and they did a horrible job, in that the stains were never completely removed and it felt like a waste of money, but Zerorez did a much better job and I was 100% satisfied with the service and cleaning.
