The technician was very nice explained what he was going to do & how long it would take. With a hitch in getting started his equipment would start so had to leave & meet his boss & get a different van in about hour & 10 min later arrived. then started the cleaning & was Done & gone in about 45 min. very pleased with the out come looks great. We had some rally dirty spots & they are now clean.

This was the best experience I have ever had with carpet cleaning. Matt came to our home and was so courteous and professional. He explained everything thoroughly and then performed the cleaning and we are so impressed with the results. Our carpet looks like new! I had always heard Pam Dixon on KIOA rave about Zerorez and now I know why! Thanks so much to Matt who was so nice and did such a great job. I will recommend Zerorez to everyone! God bless you :)

What do you like about our products and services?

There was a black mark on the carpet when the cleaning was completed. The young man from Zerorez claimed it was from the furniture being on wet carpet previously. A chemical reaction with your cleaning product.
However, I rubbed this mark with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and it came out. You may want to invest in some of these!
