Was able to have someone come out very quickly and despite having a "minimum amount", they were able to help me out since I only had a very small space of carpet in my home. Everyone was very friendly and informative as well. My carpets were extremely stained from doing construction in my basement and they were able to get every stain up. It looks like brand new!
