I had Zerorez come out 2 times over the past month. Both times the technicians were polite and knowledgeable; got right to work and out of here in just over an hour. We had a grease stain from a refrigerator in our family room that I did not expect to come out and IT DID!!! I have used the bottle of spotter that he gave me and have tried it on a spot in the bedroom carpet. It Works!!! I will call Zerorez again.

I like that you don't use chemicals. Kyle was very professional but friendly. He accomodated my timing and he explained what he was doing in depth. He just couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating.

Actually, I liked the employee more because, she is very sensitive to how a customer is feeling and he read my body language to know I was not very much pleased with his first efforts on my stairs and he re-do them without a single word from me. its a very good customer service element to have that you would pick on your customer's body language and voice projection. i am giving him a 10 because of that!
