I had a carpet emergency. To me it was a emergency, the people at Zeroez fit me that day, and cleaned up. two days later when the smell and stain came up from the carpet pad they came back and took care of it.The men were very nice and knew what they were doing.

The technician was very knowledgeable, efficient and even cheerful! The carpet is very clean, and the spotter he left is excellent.

I believe his name was Josh. He was clean, respectable, had good manners, carried himself well and he did a great job AFTER he had to come back from the first job, and he still gave 100%. I was impressed with him as well as the fact that you sent him back out to my house because there was a spot that didn't come out. It was free and he was very pleasant about the whole thing. And best of all, the spot came out within 10 seconds of him working on it! Now my house is ready for the shower I am hosting this weekend - 30 plus people!! Thank you!

The fact that we have a dog with allergies means carpet shampoo with harsh chemicals isn't a good choice for us. We were attracted to the fact that Zerorez uses water only, and we were pleasantly surprised that it removed stains -- even old ones -- so well.
