To begin with I so appreciated how friendly and accommdating the staff were when I scheduled my appointment with them. Very friendly and willing to work out a time that would work best for me. The day they arrived the technician was so nice and friendly. He introduced himself and explained the procedure and how he was going to do it. Was willing to answer any questions and was very professional. It was truly a no hassle experience and the carpets look great! Prompt. Clean. Price was fair. We have yet to receive the one rug back. It was scheduled for return this Friday, yet found they could not produce it back by that day. They are expected to call tomorrow. Hope it could be by Monday rather early. Depending on when that rug gets back, then it may be okay to publicly share our name.

Clean carpet

I definitely feel my carpet is cleaner and NO residue. I have had other companies clean my carpet and it did not feel so soft after drying. Also, the employee (I forgot his name) who came to my house was very knowledgeable in dealing with my concerns. We have an older dog that has been soiling our basement carpet. He discussed the procedure to help lift and clean pet stains. I have already recommended Zerorez to 2 friends.
